Privacy Policy
ORAIKO AI ("ORAIKO," "we," "us") provides automated marketing and SEO services to businesses. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to app.oraiko.ai and oraiko.ai.
Information we collect
- Account information you provide: name, email, business details, and website URL.
- Website and connection data you authorize us to access to deliver the service (see "Google user data" below).
- Usage data: how you interact with our app, for security and product improvement.
Google user data
With your explicit consent (via Google OAuth), ORAIKO may access data from your Google accounts to provide features you request, including:
- Google Search Console: indexing, query, and coverage data (read), to analyze and improve your site's search performance; with your approval, we may also request indexing of new or updated pages.
- Google Analytics (read-only): traffic and conversion metrics, to report on results.
- Google Business Profile: your business information (e.g., hours, categories, services), posts, photos, reviews, Q&A, and performance data — to keep your profile accurate, publish approved posts and photos, draft replies to reviews and answers to questions, and report results. Changes to your profile are made only with your approval.
Limited Use. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features you request; we do not sell it; we do not use it for advertising; we do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models; and we do not transfer it except as needed to provide the service, with your consent, or as required by law or for security.
Facebook and Instagram data
With your explicit consent (via Facebook Login), ORAIKO may access data from the Facebook Pages and linked Instagram business accounts you manage, to provide features you request, including:
- Page and Instagram profile information: name, category, contact details, hours, website, profile and cover images, and follower counts — to review your profiles for accuracy and completeness and report on them.
- Content and engagement (with your approval): publishing posts, photos, and updates you approve; reading and replying to comments and messages; and drafting responses — always subject to your approval where a change is made to your live profile.
- Insights (read-only): reach, engagement, and follower metrics, to report on results.
We use Facebook and Instagram data only to provide the user-facing features you request. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized AI/ML models. You can revoke ORAIKO's access at any time from the app's Connection Center or from your Facebook Business Integrations settings. To delete data ORAIKO holds, see our Data Deletion instructions.
How we use your information
- To deliver the marketing and SEO work you approve (analysis, content, on-site changes, reports).
- To communicate with you about your account and the work.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., hosting, AI processing) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. AI models we use to generate content process the minimum necessary input and do not train on your data.
Storage, retention, and security
Data is stored on secured infrastructure; credentials and tokens are encrypted. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and deletion
You may disconnect any Google connection at any time in the app's Connection Center, which revokes our access. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing oren@oraiko.ai. You can also revoke ORAIKO's access from your Google Account permissions.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll post the new version here with an updated date.
