Data Deletion
This page explains how to have the data ORAIKO AI ("ORAIKO," "we," "us") holds about you deleted, including any data obtained from Facebook or Instagram through your connected Page and business account.
Disconnect (stops and revokes access)
Sign in to ORAIKO, open the Connection Center, and disconnect Facebook & Instagram. This immediately revokes our access token and stops any further access to your Page and Instagram account. You can also remove ORAIKO from your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
Request deletion of stored data
To have the data we hold deleted, email oren@oraiko.ai from the address on your account with the subject "Data deletion request." Tell us your account name and, if relevant, the Facebook Page or Instagram account involved.
We will delete the personal data we hold for you — including any cached Facebook/Instagram profile information, insights, and stored access tokens — within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records by law. We will confirm by email when it is done.
What gets deleted
- Stored access tokens and connection records for your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
- Cached profile information, media references, and insights snapshots we captured to provide the service.
- Your account and associated records, if you request full account deletion.
