These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ORAIKO AI ("ORAIKO," "we," "us") at app.oraiko.ai and oraiko.ai. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

ORAIKO provides automated marketing and SEO services, including website analysis, content generation, on-site changes you approve, and reporting. Changes to your website or connected accounts are made only with your approval, and are reversible where technically possible.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to manage the websites and accounts you connect.
• You are responsible for the credentials you provide and for reviewing and approving proposed changes.
• You will not use the service unlawfully or to harm others.

Authorizations

By connecting a third-party account (e.g., Google, hosting, WordPress), you authorize ORAIKO to access and act on it as needed to deliver the features you request. You may revoke access at any time.

Approvals and changes

We seek your approval before publishing changes to your live site or external profiles. You are responsible for the content you approve. We back up modified files where possible and support rollback, but you should maintain your own backups.

Fees

Fees, if any, are described in your plan. You authorize us to charge the payment method on file per your plan.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. Search engines and third-party platforms control their own results and policies.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ORAIKO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the prior three months.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
